Through counselling, I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for my clients to turn inward, freely share their thoughts and feelings, acknowledge its effects, inculcate a self-compassionate outlook, accept themselves wholly, discern healthy ways of expressing themselves, and create a shift towards unravelling their full potential. Counselling has been a humbling experience each time I am offered the privilege to discover my client’s inner world, without judgment, in the present moment.
